1. General Information

The 1U Liquid Cooling Module (Server Level Sealed Loop) cooler replaces the less efficient air coolers and enables air-cooled data centers to utilize the highest performing CPUs and GPUs. The superior cooling characteristics of the liquid cooler enables server LSL to capture more heat and transfer it into the air

2. LGA4677 1U Liquid Cooling Module

This Server Level Sealed Loop cooler includes the pump and cold plate with an integrated liquid-to- air heat exchanger to cool one CPU. The server cooler is

delivered as a complete, prefilled assembly. No need for OEMs or Data Centers to handle the server coolant

This Server LSL cooler consist of the following elements:

4. Server coolant (inside server cooler)

5. Tube

The server coolers are delivered fully assembled as shown above and filled with server coolant.
